Sign in to ARENA and select Profile → Settings → Delete account. After confirmation, the account is anonymized and all active sessions are revoked.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my ARENA account” and include your registered email or phone number. For security, we may verify identity by SMS or email. A verified request is completed within 30 days.
Name, email, phone, password, profile photo, bio, position, onboarding answers, push tokens, notification history, and active sessions are deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Anonymized booking, match, and payment records may be retained for up to 3 years for disputes, accounting, legal duties, and fraud prevention. Deleted data in backups expires through the normal 30-day rotation.
